Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
- 3 bars of chocolate, Alpine milk
- 1 shot of orange juice or Cointreau
- Fresh fruits such as pineapple, mango, tangerines, grapes, strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place the cream and chocolate pieces in a saucepan. Melt, but do not boil. Add orange juice or Cointreau and pour into a fondue pot. Dice the fruit. If desired, you can also add ladyfingers or marshmallows. Dip the fruit in the chocolate and enjoy.
