  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g cocoa powder (Nesquik)
  • 100 ml brandy (Chantre)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the whipped cream and chantre. Add the sugar and cocoa powder, mix well with a whisk, and chill.
