Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups of cream
  • 700 ml milk
  • 150 g dark chocolate, 60% cocoa content
  • 500 g chocolate mint bars
  • 15 drops of peppermint oil (medicinal plant oil)
  • 750 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the milk and cream to a boil, then add the dark chocolate and mint tablets to a large saucepan and stir to dissolve. Let everything cool, then add the Japanese peppermint oil and vodka. Then bottle and refrigerate.
