Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 10 tbsp milk
- 6 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks

without those unnecessary things like cream and sugar
Crumble the chocolate and melt it with the milk over a bain-marie. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly and then beat in the two egg yolks with a mixer. Stir one-third of the egg whites into the chocolate and egg mixture. Fold in the remaining two-thirds with a spatula. Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
