Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 270 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 200 g chocolate sprinkles
- 200 g butter, melted
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- ½ bottle of rum flavoring
- 140 ml mulled wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine flour, baking powder, and chocolate sprinkles in a bowl. In a second bowl, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, cinnamon, gingerbread spice, rum flavoring, and mulled wine until fluffy. Add the flour mixture and stir in. Pour the batter into baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
