Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream (250 ml)
- 1 cup of cocoa (Benko)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup walnuts, grated
- 1 cup flour, smooth
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Butter for the mold
- Chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mug cake
First things first: Use the cleaned sour cream cup to measure the ingredients. Combine all the batter ingredients in a bowl, mix, and pour the batter into a buttered loaf pan or bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-30 minutes. Let cool and then cover with chocolate glaze. It tastes great without glaze, too!
