Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 60 ml mineral water
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp potato flour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

In a large bowl, combine the potato flour and water. Add the wheat flour, milk, sugar, mineral water, cocoa powder, oil, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend the ingredients into a smooth batter and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Bake the batter into waffles. For example, using a silicone baking pan, bake them in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. This yields approximately 7 waffles.
