- 75 g crème fraîche
- 40 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
- 100 g flour

Beat the butter with sugar, eggs, and crème fraîche until fluffy. Stir in the chocolate chips and flour. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter per waffle into a hot waffle iron and bake for about 2-3 minutes. Important: If possible, do not grease the waffle iron, as the crème fraîche will make the waffles greasy enough.
