Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Croissant for 6 pieces from the refrigerator compartment
  • 0,25 stg Leek cut into rings
  • 200 gr Chopped half and half
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon Cream cheese with paprika and hot peppers
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0,25 Fresh and diced paprika
  • 1 Fresh tomato
  • 6 Slices of processed cheese
  • Who likes to add some chilli powder to the batter?
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Mix the minced meat with the cream cheese, garlic, chilli and salt.
  • Briefly sauté the leek, onions and paprika. Drain the liquid.
  • roll out the dough - cut into three parts (see photo). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Form a thin edge, sprinkle a little breadcrumbs and top with the mince, spread the leek and paprika over it. In a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 min .to bake.
  • remove, cover with tomato slices and cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes.
