Chop under apple – onion – vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chops
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 shallots
  • 3 apples
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the chops in oil for 8-10 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and keep warm. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into thin half rings. Wash, peel, quarter, and thinly slice the apples. Fry the onion rings in hot butter until translucent, then add the apple slices and cook, seasoning with salt and pepper. Arrange the apple and onion mixture on top of the hot chops.
