Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 kiwi(s), green or yellow
  • some Marsala (Sicilian liqueur wine)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the kiwis in a blender, pour into highball glasses, and add a little Marsala wine (to taste). This makes a great Christmas cocktail!
