Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tsp tea, red fruit tea
  • some cardamom pods
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 piece(s) star anise
  • 500 ml water, boiling
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 200 ml cherry juice
  • 4 orange slices
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

made from red fruit tea with orange and cherry juice and spices

Place the red fruit tea, cardamom seeds, cinnamon stick, and star anise in a teapot and pour over the boiling water. Let it steep for about 5 minutes. Heat the orange juice and cherry juice in a saucepan and pour into a second teapot. Pour the fruit tea through a sieve. Sweeten with a little honey, if desired. Place an orange slice in each of 4 glasses and pour the tea over it.
