Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • ½ bulb(s) of ginger
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 liter of water
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the ginger and cut it into cubes or strips. Place it in a small bowl and mix with the lemon juice and sugar. Add the pepper and cinnamon powder. Bring the water to a boil and add the contents of the bowl to the boiling water. Add the honey. Let it steep for 5 minutes, stir well, then pour into cups.
