Ingredients for 50 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 300 g butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp must

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Upper Austrian Christmas pastries
Prepare a dough from the ingredients and let it rest in a cool place. Roll out on a floured board and cut out round shapes. Spread half of each with jam, if desired, and fold them together (you’ll then have semicircles). Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes, then dust thickly with powdered sugar. Tip: Apricot jam is particularly good for this. We recommend double the amount. 😉
