simple and very tasty

Prepare a dough from the ingredients and let it rest in a cool place for about 2 hours. Roll out on a floured board and cut out round shapes. Spread half of each with currant jam, fold together (it will then form a semicircle), and press the edges together with a fork to create a decorative border. Bake at 170°C for between 10 and 15 minutes (depending on your oven). Once cooled, dust thickly with powdered sugar and enjoy.
