Cinnamon ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tsp Cinnamon powder, more or less to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Without egg, for the ice cream maker, very easy

Combine the milk with the cream, sugar, and salt. Thoroughly mix in the cinnamon. Prepare the ice cream in the ice cream maker as usual.
