Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp, grated cocoa powder, bitter
  • 1 jar milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

One of my favorite drinks

Pour the cocoa powder into a glass and pour in the milk. Stir, loosening any cocoa powder sticking to the bottom. Since it doesn’t dissolve in the milk but forms small clumps, the drink can’t be described as “regular” cocoa. The milk retains its flavor, while the cocoa only adds a subtle bitter note.
