  • 35 g Xucker
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 180 g Desiccated coconut (Belbake from Lidl has 7.3g Kh per 100g amount)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Fat for baking pan (box baking pan 25cm)
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
  3. Grease the baking pan.
  4. Put in the mass.
  5. Place in the oven for 35 minutes.
