LOW CARB Coconut Vanilla Muffins
The perfect low carb coconut vanilla muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Egg white / protein powder depending on your taste, with me vanilla!
- 60 g Coconut oil
- 35 g Agave syrup
- 4 Eggs size M room temperature
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 10 g Protein powder
- 1 half Vanilla pod scraped out
- 250 ml Low fat milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff.
- Then stir in coconut flour, coconut oil, agave syrup, egg yolks, baking powder, egg white powder and vanilla pod, then stir in milk! Fold in the egg whites!
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius!
- Spread in a coated muffin tin! My sheet metal has a loose base and is coated! A normal one is also possible! 🙂
- Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes!
- Remove from the mold and let cool down!
