Ingredients
- 100 g Ground hazelnut kernels
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 piece Sweetener
- 15 piece Cherries
- 2 tbsp Liquid butter
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 20 g Coffee cream
- Fat for baking pan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Separate eggs.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the egg yolks with the coffee cream and sweetener with the mixer.
- Add the hazelnut to the egg yolk mixture and stir.
- Then add to the "ice snow" and mix well together
- Now place in the individual greased baking tins.
- Cut the cherries in half and remove the stones.
- Then press the cherries into the middle of the hazelnut mixture.
- Then place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Let cool down a little.
- Prepare liquid butter and desiccated coconut
- Remove the "cakes" from the molds.
- Brush the side walls of each piece with the butter and roll in the desiccated coconut and then put in a muffin bag.
