Hazelnut Kisses Cherry Low Carb

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Ground hazelnut kernels
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 piece Sweetener
  • 15 piece Cherries
  • 2 tbsp Liquid butter
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 20 g Coffee cream
  • Fat for baking pan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Separate eggs.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Mix the egg yolks with the coffee cream and sweetener with the mixer.
  • Add the hazelnut to the egg yolk mixture and stir.
  • Then add to the "ice snow" and mix well together
  • Now place in the individual greased baking tins.
  • Cut the cherries in half and remove the stones.
  • Then press the cherries into the middle of the hazelnut mixture.
  • Then place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool down a little.
  • Prepare liquid butter and desiccated coconut
  • Remove the "cakes" from the molds.
  • Brush the side walls of each piece with the butter and roll in the desiccated coconut and then put in a muffin bag.
