Coconut Muffins

The perfect coconut muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Organic eggs
  • 500 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 3 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp Xyli / Xucker
  • 2 Bags V pudding
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  1. Mix the eggs in a bowl with the Xucker until foamy and gradually add all the other ingredients and stir well.
  2. Pour the dough into muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
