Coffee cheese cream with mocha liqueur

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g double cream cheese
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp, levelled coffee powder, instant
  • 20 ml brandy
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar, sifted
  • 8 tbsp liqueur (mocha liqueur)
  • n. B. Chocolate flakes (chocolate tablets) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the double cream cheese with 4 egg yolks. Dissolve the coffee powder in the brandy and add it. Now add the 4 tablespoons of sifted powdered sugar and stir until a creamy, glossy mixture forms. Fill the cream into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe circles into 3-4 serving bowls. Chill. Before serving, distribute the 8 tablespoons of mocha liqueur over the serving bowls. Garnish with chocolate bars.
