Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 350 g sugar
- 210 ml coffee (espresso), strong
- 700 ml vodka

Enjoy this liqueur after a good meal or on ice
Combine all ingredients in a 1.5-liter glass jar with a lid. Shake the jar every three days to dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, strain everything through a cheesecloth and bottle. After approximately three to four weeks of resting, the liqueur is ready.
