Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 apples
  • Sugar – cinnamon – mixture

Roll out the puff pastry, leaving the paper attached. Spread the sour cream over the puff pastry. Cut the apples into very small pieces and spread them over the puff pastry and sour cream. I prefer to do this in a Tupperware Quickchef, which saves time; however, you can also use a grater and grate the apples into sticks. Sprinkle generously with a sugar and cinnamon mixture, roll up, peeling off the paper, and cut the dough into slices about the thickness of a finger. Then place the snails on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve warm with coffee—a delight!
