Cold snout with speculatius biscuits

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of speculatius biscuits
  • 500 g chocolate coating, of your choice
  • 150 g coconut oil
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

First, roughly chop the chocolate coating and melt it with the coconut oil. Then, using a whisk, stir in the cream and vanilla sugar. Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Caution! Work very carefully – everything must be covered. Alternate layers of chocolate mixture and cookies in the pan, starting and ending with the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Remove from the pan and remove the paper.
