Coleslaw for Grilling

  • 6 piece Carrots
  • 3 piece Onions
  • 2 piece Apple
  • 6 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 teaspoon Mustard
  • 375 ml Vinegar
  • 3,5 tablespoon Lemon juice
  1. Slice the white cabbage into fine strips. Peel and grate the carrots. The apples too. Peel the onions and cut into fine strips.
  2. Mix the dressing from the dressing ingredients. Then spread it over the vegetables and mix everything together well. Let the salad stand for 24 hours.
