Coleslaw for Grilling

- 6 piece Carrots
- 3 piece Onions
- 2 piece Apple
- 6 tablespoon Honey
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper
- 3 teaspoon Mustard
- 375 ml Vinegar
- 3,5 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Slice the white cabbage into fine strips. Peel and grate the carrots. The apples too. Peel the onions and cut into fine strips.
- Mix the dressing from the dressing ingredients. Then spread it over the vegetables and mix everything together well. Let the salad stand for 24 hours.
