Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 head of white cabbage
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 onions
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) vinegar
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 40 minutes
Grate the cabbage, bell peppers, and onions. Combine everything in a large bowl and mix. Combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, and mustard in a saucepan and stir until the mustard is combined with the remaining ingredients. Bring the liquid to a boil and then pour it over the cabbage. Cover the bowl and let it steep for 24 hours.
