Strawberry salad with Emmental cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some lemon(s) – zest, grated
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tear the lettuce into pieces, wash, and toss the leaves thoroughly dry. Wash the strawberries, drain, and remove the stems. Halve the strawberries. Cut the cheese into sticks. For the sauce, combine the sour cream with a little grated lemon zest, salt, pepper, and sugar. Carefully toss the strawberries and cheese into the sauce. Arrange on a bed of lettuce and serve.
