Coleslaw with mango and carrots

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g white cabbage
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 10 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all the dressing ingredients and season to taste. Shred the cabbage and cut into thin strips, and cut the carrots into thin sticks. Peel the mango and also cut into thin strips. Mix everything with the dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
