Colorful Feta Salad

The perfect colorful feta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Red peppers
  • 100 g Cucumber mini
  • 100 g Date tomatoes mini
  • 100 g Snow peas
  • 1 size Red chilli
  • 70 g Black olives
  • 2 medium sized Shallots
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper. Salt, pinch of sugar
  • Chilli powder optional
  • 150 g Feta
  1. Wash all vegetables and dry them well. Core the paprika and cut into small cubes. Cut the cucumber unpeeled into equally small cubes. Quarter tomatoes. Cut the snow peas crosswise into fine strips. Halve the chilli lengthways, remove the seeds (if you don’t like it so spicy, remove the seeds completely) and cut the halves crosswise into fine strips. Drain the olives and cut into slices. Peel the shallots, cut in half lengthways, cut the halves into slices and peel them apart. Roughly cut the feta.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl with the olive oil and season with pepper, salt, a pinch of sugar and possibly a little more chili powder. Finally fold in the feta and let the salad steep for about 30 minutes. ……… the grill side dish is ready.
