Ingredients for 7 servings:
- ½ liter of milk
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 300 g strawberries
- 100 g sugar
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup apricot(s), diced
- 1 banana(s), sliced
- 2 tbsp almond(s) (leaves)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions

Country woman’s recipe
Blend the milk, yogurt, strawberries, and sugar together and season with lemon juice. Add the raspberries, apricots, and banana to the liquid and chill. Toast the almond flakes in a pan with butter and sprinkle over the soup before serving.
