Colorful salad with vegan sour cream dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce, e.g. oak leaf or Lollo Rosso
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 3 large radishes
  • ¼ bell pepper(s), red
  • some salad herbs
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, sweeter or some additional sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy cream fraîche (crème fraîche alternative)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce and shred it. Wash the bell peppers and radishes and cut them into strips. Dice the onion. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and shake well. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
