Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ head of lettuce, e.g. oak leaf or Lollo Rosso
- ½ small onion(s)
- 3 large radishes
- ¼ bell pepper(s), red
- some salad herbs
- some salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar, sweeter or some additional sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy cream fraîche (crème fraîche alternative)
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce and shred it. Wash the bell peppers and radishes and cut them into strips. Dice the onion. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and shake well. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
