Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 point ham (cooked ham)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, green or yellow
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the onions, cooked ham, and bell peppers. Lightly fry the onions in a pan. Add the cooked ham and let it simmer for a while. Add the bell pepper pieces to the pan. Now add the eggs. Mix everything thoroughly. Finally, season generously with salt and pepper, if desired. Great for Sunday mornings, with bread rolls.
