Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g lamb’s lettuce (Rapunzel)
- 3 oranges
- 1 pomegranate
- 100 g nuts, mixed
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp mustard
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- n. B. herbal salt
- n. B. Pfeffer

Clean the rampion lettuce. Fillet the oranges. Deseed the pomegranate. Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil and mustard with 1-2 tablespoons of drinking water to the desired consistency and season with lemon juice, vanilla sugar, herb salt, and pepper to taste. Arrange the rampion lettuce, orange segments, pomegranate seeds, and nuts in 2-3 layers in a salad bowl and add the dressing. Serve with fresh ciabatta.
