Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 packs of pudding powder (preferably vanilla, but also chocolate)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

delicious, quick, easy

Combine the sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix the pudding with the baking powder. Fold in the pudding-baking powder mixture and mix well until bubbles appear. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C on the middle rack for 30-40 minutes. If you don’t want a hard crust, cover the cake pan with aluminum foil.
