Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 180 ml sunflower oil
- 600 g natural yogurt
- 100 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 500 g corn flour or corn semolina
- Fat and flour for the tray
- 4 cups of sour cream (200 g each)
- 2 eggs
- e.g. powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Whisk the eggs with salt. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and yogurt. Combine the flour and baking powder and fold in. Stir in the cornmeal. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the sour cream and eggs. Spread the mixture over the cake. Bake for another 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
