Simple ant cake with yogurt

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 5 tbsp poppy seeds
  • Chocolate for coating
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Measure the ingredients using a 200 ml yogurt cup. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a greased cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Let cool, then cover with chocolate.
