Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- n. B. chives, chopped
- e.g. parsley, chopped
- e.g. Dill, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Puree the cottage cheese if desired and season with the spices and herbs. Then deseed and finely dice the bell pepper, and add it. Highly recommended on whole-grain spelt bread.
