Cranberry curd and sour cream layered dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sour milk
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 g cranberries from the jar
  • 2 large oat biscuits
  • Honey or pistachios as garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the sour cream with the sour cream and honey until smooth. First, place a biscuit in each glass, then divide half of the cream between the glasses and smooth the edges. Now divide all the cranberries between the glasses, making sure to smooth the edges. Then divide the remaining cream between the glasses. Finally, decorate and serve.
