Cranberry jam with apple

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 200 g cranberries, fresh
  • ½ lemon(s), zest and juice
  • ½ apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, add the cranberries to the pot. Then, finely grate the apple and add it to the cranberries. Next, squeeze half a lemon and pour the juice into the pot. Now add the lemon zest and bring to a medium heat. When the contents of the pot slowly begin to boil, add the sugar and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. After blending, let everything simmer for 30 minutes. Pour the hot jam into prepared jars and reduce if necessary.
