Cream cheese dip with spring onions

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 pts cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the spring onions and mix well with the cream cheese and seasonings. Stir in a dash of cream at the end to smooth the dip. It tastes great with flatbread, fresh ciabatta, and even on baked potatoes.
