  • 250 g double cream cheese, room temperature
  • 115 g butter, soft
  • 250 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp butter vanilla flavoring, or vanilla extract

Cream the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Stir in the vanilla, then the powdered sugar. Refrigerate until ready to use. This makes about 18 cupcakes, depending on how thickly you apply the frosting.
