  • 250 g cream cheese (Cream Cheese, Philadelphia)
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream cheese filling and icing for cakes and cupcakes

Beat all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is white and fluffy. Use as a filling or glaze for cakes or muffins. It’s delicious in carrot cake.
