Cream cheese – preparation

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • e.g. garlic, finely chopped
  • Various finely chopped herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, etc.)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cream cheese with a little cream until creamy. Then finely slice the spring onions and add them. Now add the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Delicious with boiled potatoes or as a dip. Also delicious on fresh brown bread.
