Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sour cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 bunch of dill
- 3 tbsp horseradish, (cream)
- 3 tbsp coarse mustard
- 2 tsp honey (acacia honey)
- 2 tbsp Aceto balsamico, white
- Pepper, black from the mill to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
tastes particularly good with pickled salmon
Combine the sour cream and crème fraîche. Chop the dill and add it to the sour cream along with the creamed horseradish, mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Stir to combine. Season with pepper. This dressing can be quickly turned into a salad by adding boiled potatoes and prawns.
