Ingredients
- 500 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 400 ml Cream
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sweet paprika
- 800 g Gnocchi from the refrigerated shelf
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Chives or spring onions
Instructions
- Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry them.
- Deglaze the mushrooms with the cream. Mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of water and stir into the cream sauce. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, heat the butter in a large pan and fry the gnocchi for 5 minutes, turning until golden brown.
- Serve the gnocchi with the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chives or spring onions cut into rolls.
