Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 5 tbsp soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 4 tsp, strained mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp liquid sweetener
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp salad herbs
  • 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s)
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

In a bowl, mix soy yogurt, soy cream, mustard, vinegar, herbs, and oil well. Add finely chopped or pressed garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and liquid sweetener.
