Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- 5 tbsp soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
- 4 tsp, strained mustard, medium hot
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp liquid sweetener
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp salad herbs
- 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s)
- Pepper, to taste

In a bowl, mix soy yogurt, soy cream, mustard, vinegar, herbs, and oil well. Add finely chopped or pressed garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and liquid sweetener.
