Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 150 g mixed grains
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- ½ tsp salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
very simple and yet so good
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a fork. Add the seed mixture and salt and mix well. Spread this thick mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape into an A4-sized rectangle. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Cut into pieces immediately and let cool.
