Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 75 g butter biscuits (wholemeal butter biscuits)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 g butter, melted
- 350 g quark
- 150 g sour cream
- 30 g honey
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 g elderberries, raspberries or similar fruits
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
The cake from the jar!
Roughly crumble the butter biscuits and mix with sugar and salt. Stir in the melted butter. Divide the mixture among 4 glasses. Whisk the quark, sour cream, honey, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Pour over the biscuit crumbs. Purée the fruit and spread it over the quark. Decorate with fruit or a mint leaf.
