Peanut Chocolate Cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g butter
  • 30 g oil, possibly peanut oil
  • 125 g cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without egg, makes 16 cookies (= exactly one tray).

Beat softened butter, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, and honey on high speed for at least 5 minutes. Then add flour, salt, and baking powder, beating more slowly. Add peanut butter, chocolate, and almonds. The chocolate and nuts can be quite large; that’s what makes the cookies so delicious! Shape the mixture into 16 balls (slightly smaller than ping-pong balls), place them on a baking sheet (leaving space between them!), and flatten slightly. Bake at 180°C (preheated) for about 12-15 minutes.
